Jo-Ann has been in the healthcare sector for 45 years, with 30 of those years in administration posts. Her work in Microbiology has afforded her the unique view of changing techniques and technologies, allowing her to see the necessity to combine spa, laser technologies, and medical procedures, giving our clientele exemplary service and the ultimate medspa experience.
